Well here we again. A year on after I was waiting to plan for Christmas with my daughter and the court and my wife was stonewalling through lawyers, Cat and I are back in the same situation. Even then you informed me only days before Christmas day that I could not spend time with her on the day. For what reason - none was ever given. And they say the ICL is independant.

So my discussions with my daughter tell me that my wife still can't give her an answer or any certainty about our contact for this Christmas. So despite the system wasting two years of my life, destroying my business and credit rating, forcing the sale of an investment property and the loss of my share of our property you have left Cat and I with a stubborn unworkable woman who everyone protected. And on top of that you criticised my attempt to assist Catia when Jenni was difficult. You put her on a pedestal with her professional title when that of Mother should have been good enough. Well this is what I say to you all. You took the easy way out. You targeted me because you don't have the courage to deal with angry unstable women who are also mothers. Do you think I hadn't experienced enough adversity in my life. I had a Mother who did exactly what Jenni has done. Played the system to suit herself. Well this is my message to her through you all. Every day that you prolong your madness is another day that you reinforce resentment in Catia that she will share to her daughters. Her opinion is that you are only thinking about yourself and I know that to be a fact. You might think money and position will buy you love and companionship in the future but people have long memories and they will respond accordingly. Everyday I wake in the very early hours of the morning, swim in the pool, enjoy the sunshine and listen to birds I am thankful of the decision to remove myself from the insanity of a rabid health industry intent on bitching and backstabbing politics. Today I expect to be offered a marketing position with one of the largest mining engineering firms in Brisbane. 2 years ago while I expected to hear from Metricon Homes about a $90,000 tender Jenni was delivering verbal and written abuse. She threw objects in the house, locked doors and refused to communicate regarding business commitments she had made. Her favorite names for me in front of Catia were "Pathetic " and "Loser". In the year 2011 your system cannot process these facts despite photographic and electronic evidence. You sold justice and fairness for Catia and I down the river for the sake of stealing my property share and in time you'll all become nobodies but Jenni's childish and vengeful behaviour will become written into our family history as I continue to record this situation. The longer she elects to be selfish and not consider the needs of our daughter the more evidence will be recorded.

It's time to cut the cord and grew up Jenni. After all you are an Executive Director. It's just that you can't see the needs of anyone else. You can take as much as you think is possible but you won't ever separate Cat and I. This is a situation you can no longer control. The longer you persist the more impact it will have on you not us.
